Total Eclipse In The Park

This free family event took place on April 8, 2024 at the 18th Street Park from 7am – 7pm. We celebrated the eclipse by having all-day activities, games, prizes and food trucks! We had eclipse themed food and pop up markets for the community to browse.

Ferdinand Fall Clean-Up 2024

Monday, October 7th - Normal Household Trash Pickup 7am
Tuesday, October 8th - Clean-Up West Side
Wednesday, October 9th - Clean-Up East Side
Thursday, October 10th - Clean-Up If Needed

Ferdinand’s Fall Clean-Up 2024 is scheduled for October 7-10, provided by the Ferdinand Street Dept for residents. The schedule includes normal household trash pickup on Monday, West Side clean-up on Tuesday, East Side on Wednesday, and if needed on Thursday. Residents are allowed 6 trash stickers per household. The service will collect various items including bicycles, carpets, furniture, appliances, and more. However, certain items like fluorescent bulbs, treated wood, and hazardous materials will not be picked up. Remember to have items ready for pickup by 7:30 am on your designated day.
